JAMES NEIL RODGERS BECOMES CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER AT PLATINUM SUPERYACHTS
Fort Lauderdale, Florida September 9, 2003. Platinum SuperYachts,
Inc. (OTCBB: PSUY) announced today that it has retained James
Neil Rodgers as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Attorney
to provide professionally legal services for the firm.
James Neil Rodgers,
a senior partner and founder of Rodgers & Co.,
Barristers & Solicitors, located in Vancouver, BC., is
a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia
since 1979. He will be responsible for all legal matters that
pertain to Platinum Super Yacht’s contracts, acquisitions,
offering memorandums, as well as the company's S.E.C. filings
and compliance.

Visa Cash/Mondex - Working with Vice-President and Corporate
Counsel and Secretary to Visa International, in perfecting
the Net1 patents and assisting to bring the Visa Cash product
to market during January - July, 1997. This product is also
the genesis of the Mastercard Mondex smart card payment system.
Microsoft Negotiations - Negotiating with Head of Partner
Training for Microsoft, Redmond, WA, U.S.A. and potential agreement
structure to utilize the Mentor On Call, Inc., E-Learning Software
Engine during October - November, 2000.
Personally assisted Chairman of the Board of Drake International,
in vetting new technologies and in restructuring numerous development
companies within the Drake International organization including
Sylvan Learning Systems.
Working with Entrepreneur of the Year in B.C. The sole owner
of United Furniture Warehouse, which expanded from six outlets
to 125 in four years.
Defending Net1 patent pending applications in Munich, Germany
for EEC filing during 1998 and followed the same to patent
status in Europe and U.S.A.
